Vivacious luminosity

I just noticed a weird disparity. The Flickr photos I tend to favourite are usually filled with bright colour, while my own shots are almost universally bland. I don't know if this is some unconscious yearning to escape the bounds of my drab imagination ... or an incomprehensible coincidence ... or neither...

    I think you're being very harsh. First, you're comparing the combined work of several photographers with your shots, the work of only one photographer. Secondly those are the colours of Canberra in drought!

    Oops, it wasn't s'posed to sound harsh. I obviously don't think of drab and bland as necessarily negative :) More an adjectivisation of the colour range. Nothing wrong with sky blue and tree leaf green!
